Dave Staddon is the Co-Founder of MDM Publishing Ltd. He began his career in the fire publishing industry back in 1992 when starting as a trainee advertising sales executive with ESC Publications, working on titles such as Fire Professional & Technical Rescue. With Mark Seton he launched MDM Publishing Ltd in Novembver 1999 and produced the first edition of International Fire Protection in February 2000. 12 years on the company now has three world leading titles International Fire Protection, International Fire Fighter & Asia Pacific Fire, together with one of the best websites in the fire publishing business. He is married to Caroline and lists his hobbies as horse racing and pigeon racing with the occasional visit to the pub.

Mark Seton is Co-Founder of MDM Publishing Ltd. and has 17 years experience in publishing magazines and directories, 15 of those to the Fire market. After working at ESC Publications, Mark and Dave then put their combined experience together and launched International Fire Protection (IFP) in February 2000. Since then, under their guidance MDM Publishing Ltd has become one of the leading international publishers to the fire market. Mark is married to Nadine and has two children, Oliver 5 and Isobel 2. Mark’s hobbies include Captaining his local pub pool team, playing squash, cycling and cooking. He also thoroughly enjoys a visit to the pub.
Mark Bathard (International Sales Manager)

Mark Bathard is the International Sales Manager for the International Fire Fighter Magazine. Mark has 16 years experience in the international fire market having previously worked for Kennedy Communications & Hemmings Information Services within the UK fire publishing industry, as well as working for Industrial Fire World in Texas USA, where he was based for nearly two years. He is married to Moya and lives in a small town in Devon and enjoys his spare time playing golf (or at least trying ), playing darts for his local pub team, croquet and is an avid tennis fan, hoping one day that Murray will win that elusive grand slam. The aspect of his job that he enjoys the most is travelling to the numerous trade shows around the world and meeting with his customers.
Graham Collins (Group Editor)

Graham Collins is Group Editor for the three MDM titles. He joined MDM in July of 2010 having spent more years than he cares to admit to in the PR business, where he specialised in the international fire industry and the construction sector. Graham has lived and worked in his native UK, the USA, Japan, the Middle East, Nigeria and throughout Europe. He is married to Sharon, an Aussie lass, and now lives in Glass House Mountains in the hinterland of Australia’s Sunshine Coast. In addition to architecture and architectural photography, his interests include fishing from his boat (a present from Sharon for taking her home), drawing, getting to know Australia and doing his bit to show the Aussies that they are not the only ones that enjoy a few beers.
