Wildfires in Russia's far eastern region have caused the death of one person and destroyed over 86 square kilometres of land. Around 120 residents of Tygda village in Amur region were
evacuated due to the fires, which destroyed 75 buildings. Elsewhere, ten homes were burned in Zaozernoye village in Khabarovsk region. No one was harmed.
